Tootles is a Lost Boy from the anime Peter Pan no Bouken. He is the one who shoots Wendy after Tinker Bell tricks him. He is a kind hearted individual and a bit timid and appears to be seemingly of Spanish or perhaps African descent with a tanned complexion and small eyes. Unlike other incarnations of Tootles, his character here appears to be the eldest.

Appearance

Like Peter Pan and Peter Pan and the Pirates version he wears a form of head gear only this is a purplish cap with a feather in it. While his clothing is several shades of blue, with light bluish top and dark blue trousers with brownish boots and a dark blue cloth tied round his neck. While his hair is mostly covered some of it that is shown is brownish, spiky and sticks out at the back. His eyes are rather small while his complexion is rather tanned, this maybe due to his ethnicity being of Spanish or perhaps African heritage as mentioned above his age seems to be older than the other two boys and rather more closer to the age of Peter Pan, likely a nod to his character being in Neverland longer than the others. Another factor is unlike the other incarnations normally he is depicted as being smaller and can be rather chubby, while here he is more taller and much more skinny.
