The Traitor is the sixteen episode of the second season of the TV series and forty third episode of the full series overall.
Plot[]
In London, Wendy is mad. She’s been punished for going to the movies and not the library. Except no one but John and Michael knew about this, so one of them must have told their mom! Michael may very well keep protesting his innocence but Wendy won’t believe him.
Once they arrive in Neverland, a scream of terror rips across the sky. Tiger Lily informs them it’s the roar of the Noctarum, a monster which the Natives locked up a long time ago, to stop it from spreading the eternal darkness over the island. The 7 energy diamonds keeping the monster in its “prison” need to be regularly replaced. As they had just hatched out, Peter and the Darling’s agree to go pick some more with Lily. Upon arrival at the first nest, it turns out the diamond obviously has been stolen by the pirates! Suspicion is around amongst the little group once they realize they were the only ones to know about the location of that nest… Their suspicion is further aroused when they arrive to discover each nest has already been visited by the pirates.
They were so preoccupied in suspecting each other, that tensions between them rose to such an extent, they failed to stop Hook stealing the diamond from the last nest, right under their noses. Peter, who’s the only one not believing in the betrayal theory, will face the Noctarum, which had just broken out of its energy guardrail. In the meantime, Tinker Bell and the Darling’s will have to overcome their disagreements and go in search for the diamonds in the Jolly Roger…
In due course they find out who’s in fact the real traitor: a toucan besotted with the feather on Hook’s hat… The bird had spied on the kids because he wanted to find favor with the feather on top of The Captain’s majestic hat…
