Main article: Lost Boys/Alternative versions in literature

In several re-tellings of Peter Pan there are similarish counterparts to J.M. Barrie's characters some as featured in List of books based on Peter Pan. In this dimensional converse that is first of theMpeta and the Treasure Hunters/Further Adventures of Mpeta series that's set in the 1970's on one of those divergenting realities of Neverland the Lost Boys here are known as the Misbegot Pack and feature similars to those created by J.M. Barrie. However here they are all escaped slave children who wound up on washing up on the island of Misbegot while trying to get back to their homeland after managing to escape from said slavers. At the end it appears they all go back with Shelby Simmons and her brothers Wade and Todd this reality's versions of The Darling Children straight to downtown Brooklyn and presumably stay with the Simmons. Some of them featured are those following:

  • Halla – Presumably parallel counterpart to Nibs The most first in line after Mpeta
  • Danyama – Presumably parallel counterpart to Slightly Always got Halla’s back
  • Goobee – Presumably parallel counterpart to Curly
  • Li’l Crit – Presumably parallel counterpart to Tootles So named cause he is fast as any critter and is never a quitter
  • Kobi & Kaba – Presumably parallel counterpart to Twins who come back to back and whom look like a pair of book-ends noted by Todd to Wade
