Lost Boys (Peter Pan no Bouken)

The Lost Boys from the anime series Peter Pan no Bouken are a group of three orphan boys that live in Neverland who are always wanting fun and adventure with their leader Peter Pan. Like the Lost Boys in the year later series Fox's Peter Pan & the Pirates they each wear a form of head gear that they hardly ever take off if at all, with each one being individual to that particular character. But unlike the original story of Peter Pan where there are normally six boys, here in this interpretation there are only three: Tootles, Curly and Slightly, with Nibs and The Twins being absent from this series. Because of this Curly tends to take the role of second in command when Peter isn't around, which otherwise would be filled by Nibs. Tootles here appears to be the eldest with Curly as the youngest and Slightly in-between, whereas normally Tootles is younger than Slightly or Curly. Tootles is also tall and skinny, whereas Slightly is short and chubby, where usually it's the other way round. This may stem from the source material that suggests Tootles came to Neverland before Slightly and Curly did. Unlike in other series they do not live in the Underground House but instead they first lived in a tree house along with the Darling boys John and Michael, with their older sister Wendy acting as a mother figure to them all. When that is destroyed they instead live in a mobile home that travels on wheels to various parts of Neverland. In the series finale it is revealed that they did not accompany the Darling Children back to the outside world, but remained in Neverland. Even appearing in their own self made flying machine to journey with Peter Pan and Tinker Bell to visit said Darlings and end up bringing Jane back with them to Neverland which here is located somewhere in the sky.
