In the 2003 Cinematic Adaption the Lost Boys are boys who fell out of prams when their nurse maids weren't looking, presumably around Kensington Gardens and were taken to Neverland after not being claimed in seven days. At the end of the series they return with the Darling siblings to 14 Darlington Street Road in London to be taken in by their family with Slightly being adopted by their aunt. This is likely a nod to the Original Play, where their housekeeper Liza adopts him when he arrives late.
