Curly is described by Barrie as "a pickle" (a person who gets into pickles) and has curly hair, hence his name. He isn't very smart but very loveable. Curly is also a little timid but has a kind heart. Curly grows up to work in an office.

Shelby and the Lost Boy of Misbegot Island[]
In the 2011 Children/Young Adult novel Shelby and the Lost Boy of Misbegot Island set in a different dimensional universe complete with parallel counterparts of J.M.Barrie's creations. That is first of the 1970's time period serial Mpeta and the Treasure Hunters/Further Adventures of Mpeta series. The character of Curly is renamed as Goobee who here is an escaped runaway slave child who wound up washing up on the Shores of Misbegot this reality's version of Neverland. With Goobee and the other Misbegot Pack staying with the Simmons clan, this version of The Darling Children in Brooklyn while awaiting to be needed again by their leader Mpeta.
Nevermor[]
In the 2013-2015 Young Adult book series Nevermor, set in a parallel dimensional reality to Neverland complete with similarish counterparts of J.M.Barrie's characters Curly is renamed as Finn. With Finn ending up aging into a teenager before being somewhat mutated by prolonged exposure to a type of Pixie Dust called Tilkin during the progress of the series, before presumably dying during the final chapter of the story-line only to be brought back as a supernatural being.
Everland[]
In the 2016-2018 Young Adult book series Everland On a parallel earth in a steampunk similar reality complete with another variation of Neverland set beneath the surface of the Earth; complete with facsimiles of J.M.Barrie's creations there appears to be a simile of Curly called Pickpocket.

Peter Pan no Bouken[]

In the animated Japanese anime or manga TV showPeter Pan no Bouken Curly is only one of three of the Lost Boys to appear in this series. He is show to be the youngest which is normally a role for Tootles plus also the smartest out of all three of the boys as he often the one in charge of coming up with inventions to improve the lives of Peter Pan and the Darlings. Despite his age he also is the one to takes charge if Peter Pan is not around, a role normally filled in by Nibs, who's character like Twins is absent from this series. He often wears a metal pot on his head and is known to be such a deep sleeper that when he regularly falls out of bed it never wakes him.
Peter Pan & the Pirates[]

In Fox's Peter Pan & the Pirates Curly is a boy of Hispanic descent who is the residential joker of the group known for pulling pranks and cracking jokes which can sometimes get him into trouble with the others. Like the rest he wears a animal headdress which he hardly ever takes off and is able to fly without the need of Pixie Dust
