Tinker Bell uses to the power of three moons in the sky to shrink all the children down to fairy size as they go on an adventure to Fairyland. But things start to get serious when the Darling children and the Lost Boys get thrown out due to misbehavior; onto the Jolly Roger of all places! Will Peter Pan remember his friends in time and have Tink remove the spell, or will the children stay tiny forever?
Plot[]
Wendy flies in and excitedly announces to everyone that there are three moons in the sky. Tinker Bell is awakened by the excitement and is first peeved, then remembers how important the three moons are. She flies to Peter and reminds him that because of the three moons in the sky, she would be able to use her magic to shrink him down to fairy size. Peter Pan is eager to do it provided she shrink everyone, and Tink reluctantly agrees after much persuasion. Wendy comforts an un-enthusiastic Michael, saying that it won't be forever, and Tinker Bell says that as long as she shrinks them before noon the next day they will be alright.
Tinker Bell creates a "galley trap" (a portal created by fairies to get to Fairyland) and takes everyone to the city of Tintagel. There she introduces them to King Oberon and Queen Gloriana, after which everyone starts playing a musical game on a fairy organ. Tinker Bell gets annoyed when Peter takes Wendy to the organ, which catches the attention of the Queen who hatches a plan to get rid of the Darlings and the Lost Boys so that Tinker Bell can have Peter Pan all to herself. The Queen temporarily removes the children's ability to fly, causing them to fall all over an unaware King Oberon and spoil the organ. In a rage, the King begins to cast them all out, but the Queen holds back Peter, saying that he was not responsible for the "misbehaviour" of his friends.
The King's spell sends the children wherever they'd like to be, and as Michael voices that they should have played pirates instead, they end up on the Jolly Roger. Captain Hook and his men quickly capture them. Captain Hook keeps the Darlings and the Twins in Short Tom's cage while he throws the rest of the Lost Boys in the water as fish bait in order to get them to talk. Wendy repeatedly insults Short Tom, who attacks the cage and accidentally lets the children within escape. The pirates scramble to catch them, and in the confusion all the children manage to escape below deck.
Wendy hears the ticking Crocodile nearby, and hearing the clock within it chime, realizes that they only have one hour left before the shrinking spell becomes permanent. They try to plan their escape, but are found by the pirates. Michael almost gets caught, but escapes with the help of his siblings. They make it into Hook's cabin, of all places, and hide in his treasure chest while Hook searches around them.
Meanwhile, in Fairyland, Peter begins to feel like he's missing something. Irked, Tinker Bell accidentally reminds him of the other children. They quarrel a bit, and after a while Tink gives in and uses a mirror to find the children. Peter sees them on the Jolly Roger and orders Tink to create a "galley trap". Hook finally captures the children and threatens to toss them into the water if they don't tell him where Peter is. Tinker Bell teleports Peter and herself to the ship and unshrinks him. Hook gets frightened by the Crocodile and accidentally drops the children, who are saved at the last second by Peter. He distracts the pirates while Tinker Bell unshrinks the children. Seeing them escape, Peter crows and flies away, leaving a angry Hook behind.
